Douglas holds a master’s degree in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Florida and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) in addition to holding multiple Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA).

Douglas’ professional foundation is built on a deep technical acumen and a passion for understanding how systems and processes work to achieve the desired outcome.

Before entering the private sector, he proudly served in the U.S. Navy as a Petty Officer 2nd Class Machinist Mate. This experience instilled a strong sense of discipline, precision, and leadership that is carried into every project.
